Cancellation policy

  • Can cancel any time with full refund up until 1 month prior to stay.
  • Cancellation within the 2-4 week timeframe will result in a forfeiture of 25% deposit.
  • Cancellation within a 2 week time frame will result in forfeiture of 50% deposit.

Damage and incidentals

  • You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

House Rules

  • Check in after 4:00 PM
  • Check out before 10:30 AM
  • Maximum overnight guests: 16 (sleeps up to 16 adults)
  • Minimum age to rent: 25
  • Children allowed: ages 0-17
  • No pets allowed
  • No Smoking in house. 
  • Smoking allowed: outside
  • Absolutely do NOT open and leave open windows and doors!!!

Events allowed

  • weddings, birthday parties, family gatherings
  • Maximum event attendees: 40
  • Noise Ordinances go into affect 10:00 PM

Cleaning practices

  • Cleaned with disinfectant
  • Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
  • All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
  • High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)

Additional Expenses

  • Cleaning Fee $1,072
  • Property Damage Insurance $99
